We approach our clients and their projects with the utmost care and attention, treating them as our own, with many processes in place to ensure quality and compliance.
The ISO9001 Accreditation we hold is to ensure the consistency and quality of all of our work remains high. As part of that, we peer-review all bids, applications, and tax claims before they’re submitted to the client for approval. Additionally, we’re continually requesting feedback from our clients to improve our processes and approach.
It’s a legal requirement for all tax advisors to carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on all client companies before commencing work. We’re registered with HMRC for AML and complete annual AML training to ensure we’re up-to-date maintain compliance.
Our in-house Accountant is registered with ICAEW and is responsible for reviewing all financial reports before any data is submitted for our R&D Tax Credit claims, as well as liaising with clients’ accountants to ensure CT600’s are completed and submitted correctly.
HMRC reserves the right to investigate any claims made for tax relief. Part of our role is to support the claim process and help clients to compile a comprehensive and prompt response that satisfies an enquiry, allowing the tax relief to be awarded.
