Jo Dawson

I started my career at British Midland Airways working for their frequent flyer department. After 18 years and with 2 young children, it was time for a change of career. Moving to a local village primary school, I worked as the school secretary for 6 years.

I have a passion for customer service and believe in making sure the customer receives the best possible experience. Working with TBAT means I can continue to provide this level of service daily.

Outside of work, I can normally be found spending time with family and friends, walking our Labradors (normally via the local pub) and taking pictures – now mainly of the dogs as once the children turned teenagers, it’s just ‘not cool’ to be photographed by Mum.
