The Innovation Challenge - Full Application

The below application should take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete. Please ensure you answer all questions in full to give yourself the best possible chance of success. There are no interview stages in the application process, and all entries will be judged solely on the information provided in the form below. The Top 10 shortlisted businesses will be invited to the Finalist Showcase in October where they will pitch live to be our 2026 winner. Please note duplicate entries will not be accepted and there is no option to save this form and return to it at a later date. If links are included within your answers, these will not be considered by the judges or used as a source of information. Due to the volume of applications we are unable to give individual feedback.

Should you be shortlisted as a finalist, please confirm that you or a representative (two people max) will be available to attend our in person (mandatory) finalist showcase in Warwickshire on the evening of the 7th October 2026*(Required)
As live pitching is required for our Finalist Showcase we cannot accept applications if a representative for your company is not available to pitch.
In addition to the above, should you meet the eligibility criteria for the CPHI prize, can you commit to one person from your company to attend CPHI Milan (6th-8th October 2026) if you are chosen as the winner*(Required)
Prize includes - Exhibition stand in the start-up zone at CPHI Milan 2026 for the duration of the event (Takes place 6th-8th October 2026) - Return flights and accommodation for 1 PERSON (Full details to be confirmed) ^SECTORS APPLICABLE: Pharma, Biopharma, Digital, Sustainability, Medical Device
