Jo Rudzki

As Head of Partnerships & Events, I lead the development and management of our strategic partner relationships, driving collaboration through the Partner Referral Scheme and overseeing TBAT’s external events programme. In addition, I manage and deliver the annual TBAT Innovation Challenge, which brings together founders, innovators, and businesses from across the UK.

The majority of my career has been spent in roles where marketing, events or partnerships have been core responsibilities, working across a wide range of industries to include Aviation, Rail, Fenestration and latterly the Life Sciences Sector. My experience has strengthened my strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and the value of creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

Outside of work, I dance twice a week and was recently crowned the LWA Strictly Dancing winner in a local charity competition. I’m also a big Rick Astley fan – which always surprises people more than it should!
