TBAT Innovation is looking to expand its team by recruiting specialist Consultants, working to support innovative businesses as they access Grant Funding and R&D Tax Credits.
With a head office in Castle Donington, near the M1 in the East Midlands, a developing office in Oxford, but covering the UK, TBAT works across a wide range of sectors including energy, transport and health. Continued success across the business has led to growth by an average of 25% year-on-year over the past five years.
TBAT are currently seeking an experienced Grant Funding Bid Writer.
In this role, you’ll support clients with structuring, developing, researching and writing grant funding bids into (for example) Innovate UK and H2020 schemes. You will lead and support high-quality end-to-end proposal development and bid process activities, with a goal to deliver on-time and compliant submissions.
The role is client facing and relies on your ability to deal with senior technical people on a one-to-one basis, conducting structured interviews and the writing of high-quality technical reports.
This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for a chance to take a stimulating role working with clients and in collaboration with a team-based and consultancy environment.
Full job descriptions and how to apply for both positions are available to view on the careers webpage.
TBAT are also looking for a R&D Tax Consultant to join the team.
In this role, you will be detailing and producing high level technical reports supporting tax relief applications.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a background of working in a technical environment. You will be naturally inquisitive with a good understanding of technical process, financial assessment and strong project management ability.
The role is client facing and requires you to be a great communicator with the ability to interact with teams in varied industry sectors. Knowledge of dealing with technical R&D through design and the development of manufacturing and engineering processes is essential.
This is a great opportunity to make a move from a purely technical role into a broader consultancy environment where you will be challenged on a wide range of projects.
