I started my career at British Midland Airways working for their frequent flyer department. After 18 years and with 2 young children, it was time for a change of career. Moving to a local village primary school, I worked as the school secretary for 6 years.

I have a passion for customer service and believe in making sure the customer receives the best possible experience. Working with TBAT means I can continue to provide this level of service daily.

When I’m not working, I’m probably either in the gym, out and about trying food for my food blog, or being dragged around the streets by our Labradors – often in the direction of the nearest pub. I love spending time with family and friends, and I’m usually taking photos too… though these days my photos are mostly of the dogs or of food, since my now‑adult children have fully retired from being photographed by Mum.
