TBAT shortlisted for the Innovation In Service award at the Medilink Midlands Awards 2025

We’re excited to announce that TBAT Innovation has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Innovation in Service Delivery category at the Medilink Midlands 2025 Business Awards!

The Innovation in Service Delivery award celebrates companies and individuals that have developed innovative solutions and processes that significantly improve the quality, efficiency, or accessibility of services. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication we’ve invested in creating impactful services for our customers, and we’re proud to be selected as one of this year’s finalists.

Our shortlisting is a reflection of the positive impact of our Innovation Challenge, an initiative we launched in 2022 to support innovative businesses and SMEs. This challenge was designed to give back to the entrepreneurial community by providing start-ups with access to high-quality professional advice, opportunities to secure equity funding, and the chance to win cash and business support prizes. Now in its fourth year, the Innovation Challenge continues to support emerging businesses, encouraging innovation and creating valuable opportunities for business growth.

The finalists for the Medilink Midlands Business Awards were announced at a special networking event held on 13th March, in partnership with the West Midlands Health Tech Accelerator (WMHTIA). This event highlighted the achievements of businesses that are shaping the future of MedTech and Life Sciences and improving patient safety across the sector.

Categories in the awards recognise a diverse range of contributions, from start-ups to large-scale manufacturers, and cover areas such as sustainability, technology advancements, corporate social responsibility, and, of course, innovation!

Melanie Davidson, Chief Executive Officer at Medilink Midlands, congratulated all finalists, saying, “Each year, we are inspired by the outstanding calibre of applications, and this year is no exception. It is fantastic to celebrate the exceptional work taking place to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes. On behalf of the Medilink Midlands team, I wish all the finalists the best of luck and look forward to celebrating with them at the awards ceremony in May.”

The Medilink Midlands Business Awards Ceremony will take place on 15th May at Grand Station in Wolverhampton, where the winners will be announced. Hosted by TV Doctor Will Duffin, it’s set to be a fantastic evening that brings together the wider innovation, med-tech and life sciences network.

A huge congratulations to all the finalists across all categories and best of luck!
